Application

1.       Remove rust, oil, dirt, old film, water, ect from surface completely by sander and solvent.

2.       Standard mixing ratio of base and hardener is: base/hardener = 100/2 (by weight).

3.       Knead base and hardener thoroughly to make the color of mixture uniform.

4.       After complete mixing, apply the mixture within pot life (7-10 min). Pot life changes depending on temperature and humidity.

5.       Apply the mixture rubbing down fully with spatula to avoid bubbling.

6.       Sanding shall be made after complete drying  (for more than 1 hour at 20°C )

7.       In high humidity, especially during rainy season, the hardening time will be slightly extended.

 

Caution:

1.    Do not return the used putty and mixture to the base can.

2.    Used tools shall be washed with lacquer thinner.

3.    Store free from fire, direct sun-shine, high temperature and rain drop.

4.    Storage period: within 6 months after manufacturing.
